What You Need to Know
Our Privacy information and Terms and Conditions
As our client your privacy is important to us. During a consultation we will ask questions concerning your health so that we can deliver the best treatment possible to help you. As a private client only Heather will ask and see this information. As a corporate client both the person who does your consultation and the therapist will have access to the information, this may be the same person but it could be 2 people. We will not share your personal information with anyone else. We will keep your documents for as long as required by our insurance and accountants, after this time all information will be deleted.
Terms and Conditions
To book online a deposit will be taken at the time of booking. To cancel a treatment we require at least 48 hours notice for a refund. In the event of an emergency and less than 24 hours notice is given we will move your treatment to another day.
When arriving for a treatment please ring the bell with the name Heather on. It is important you arrive on time and give your name when pressing the bell. Only clients with appointments are allowed in the building due to health and safety and building policy.

Any information we collect online will not be shared. We use third party sites Google, Facebook and Bookeo, please see their privacy policies for their individual information All information collected is to improve the service we offer. By subscribing to our content your information will remain private, we will use this to contact you and this information will not be shared with other companies. All information collected be it personal or online is only for our companies use to contact you, improve our services and provide the best care for our clients.
